New items from Hasegawa in June...

A-10C Thunderbolt II
1/72nd scale
Stock Number: HSGS1573
Skill Level 3
126 pieces
Age 14+

Built to address the lack of close-air-support weapons in the USAF arsenal, the A-10 Thunderbolt II has always been the ideal weapon for the role. Now upgrades are making it even better! The "Precision Engagement" upgrade will enable the A-10 "C" variant aircraft to deploy precision-guided munitions. As always, however, the A-10s chief weapon will still be its seven-barrel 30mm cannon. This weapon can saturate an area with 3,900 15oz depleted uranium-cored projectiles in a minute. Kit features new parts, missiles and USAF 75FS "Tiger Shark" decals.
Decal Option:
U.S.A.F. 75FS "Tiger Shark" Code: FT 23WG 81-0964 2011

Egg Plane MV-22 Osprey
Stock Number: HSGS6135
Skill Level 2
41 pieces
Age 14+
The Osprey was one of the runniest schemes ever hatched. Designing a bird with tilting rotors so it's half-heli, half-plane? You'd have to be cracked… right? Well, the folks that hen-pecked the Osprey ended up with yolk on their faces. The Osprey now roosts in many Air Force, Marine Corps and Navy inventories. In fact, the Osprey has set the whole world clucking. Many foreign militaries are interested in plucking a few off production lines for their own use. Kit features an "Egg" version USMC MV-22 Osprey with decals.
Decal Option:
U.S. Marine VMM-265 Code: EP00 Futenma A.B. 2012

Kawanishi N1K2-J Shidenkai George Limited Edition
1/32
Stock Number: HSGS0836
Skill Level 3
148 pieces
Age 14+

With the N1K2-J, Kawanishi did the impossible; turning a float plane into a dogfighter that could stand up to the best America had to offer. "George" fighters were quite capable of shooting down Hellcats, Corsairs and, in the hands of expert pilots, even the vaunted B-29 Superfortress. In larger numbers the N1K2-J could have had a massive effect on the war, but only 428 were built. By comparison 12,000 Corsairs, comparable to the N1K2-J, were produced by the U.S. This limited edition kit features decals for two 343rd NFG aircraft.
Decal Option:
I.J.N. 343rd N.F.G. 701st F. SQ. Squadron Leader Lt. Takashi Oshibuchi Code: 343C-45 Matsuyama A.B. March 1945
Extra decal: Lt. Naoshi Kanno Code: 343A-48

Focke Wulf FW190A-5 Limited Edition
1/48
Stock Number: HSGS7373
Skill Level 3
77 pieces
Age 14+

German-built Focke-Wulf fighters were superior to most early Allied fighters, enabling them to rack up massive kill tallies. They were so impressive that the Axis powers were willing to risk shipping them across hostile territory to Japan. The IJAAF received one Fw-190A-5 for testing and evaluation during the Second World War. Japanese pilots from the IJAAF's experimental division flew the Fw-190A-5 from the country's first air base, located in Tokorozawa.

Decal Option:
J.A.A.F Experimental division Tokorozawa A.B. Dec., 1943

All of these kits can be found thru Hasegawa’s Distributors worldwide.
