Masterbox' four new kits of May 2019
Although there are four new releases from Masterbox for May one of them is a single release in 1/24th scale - whereas the three we are looking at here are in 1/35th scale - and Masterbox wants you to know that they can be used in conjunction with their other sets from the same time period. They sure have a nice little diorama from this era building up!

The figure in 1/35th scale from the North in the time of the American Civil War is a Cavalryman from the North who is on guard during the battle of Gettysburg in July 1863. The short gun he is carrying is useful for the mounted soldiers who could indeed fire these on the move. The high boots and sword also pick him out straight away as a Cavalryman.
You can see by the sprue ma the figure also has spurs, a pistol in its holster and the cavalryman's sabre, sheathed at his side.

This kit continues and expands the series of figures in 1/35 scale dedicated to the subject of the American Civil War. It contains parts for the assembly of two figures of soldiers of the period. The first is a soldier from the South, the second is a soldier from the North. The figures illustrate the events that occurred on April, 9 1865 when the peace was made, the war ended and the soldiers sometimes came together in reconciliation.
