The 2K11 “Krug” is a Soviet and now Russian long-range, medium-to-high altitude surface-to-air missile (SAM) system. "2K11" is its GRAU designation, while SA-4 Ganef is its NATO reporting name. The system was designed by NPO Novator and produced by Kalinin Machine-Building Plant.

The 2T3M1 is a missile transport vehicle based on the ZiL-131V tractor-trailer truck. It was designed for transporting 8K14 and 8K11 missiles. It replaced the older missile transport vehicles 2T3 and 2T3M which were based on the ZiL-151KV tractor-trailer truck.

-Full drive train assembly complete with engine transmission, differential housing and suspension units.
- The main tires are hollow rubber with a very good tread pattern included as well as sidewall details consisting of raised section ribs.
