The first set fits the Tamiya F-14A Tomcat in 48th scale, the rear and nose wheel gear and tyres are included in the set.A close up showing the detail of the front nose gear. The wiring is pre-installed, which saves the modeller so much time and effort, and the improvement on any kit's detail cannot be disputed.
The nose gear fits neatly into the location holes on the kit, while the detail given is a definite upgrade to the kit parts. See the kit part next to the real F-14A nose gear here. Even the tyre has the right amount of sag in it.
The rear gear is seen in isolation, with the strong font support strut prominent in front of the thick main gear leg. Wiring and plumbing is again provided for the legs on these 3D-printed kits.
The legs from either side installed int he kit. Again, the lugs of the replacements are designed to fit the kit part perfectly.F-14D landing gear for Tamiya (Promotion Price)

The second set of gear is very similar to the F-14A kit, but this is for Tamiya's F-14D in 48th scale. Again, you get three gears, main and nose, with full wiring and plumbing, oleos and weighted tyres.
The nose gear again, fits directly into the lugs provided by Tamiya for the nose gear. The angle of the gear is at a neutral position, not nose down, in the catapult.
The front nose gear in place in the kit compared to the real thing. It seems that the gear can be rotated on its axis which is a great feature, and again, an upgrade from the kit.

Just like the front gear and the previous set, the rear gear comes 3D printed in resin, with only the removal from the printing artifacts to remove to leave you with a complete set of front and rear gear that matches the original in detail.
