The first f the new releases is a resin figure in 1/35th scale, sculpted by Rado Miniatures chief, Radek Pituch. Cast in light grey resin, This "Green Devil" carries one of the most famous assault rifles of WWII, the FG-42. The FG 42developed specifically for the use of the Fallschirmjäger airborne infantry in 1942 and was used in very limited numbers until the end of the war. Considered one of the most advanced weapon designs of World War II, the FG 42 influenced post-war small arms development, and part of the operation of the gun were copied by the US Army when they developed the M60 machine gun. The soldier's face has a rather grim look to it as he surveys the scenery in front of him.

This second figure, again sculpted by Radek Pituch, is cast in 1/35th scale in grey resin. He depicts a German WW2 paratrooper or Fallschirmjäger from World War Two. This soldier is seen carrying n Gewehr 43 or Karabiner 43 semi-automatic rifle developed by Germany during World War II. The design incorporated an improved short-stroke piston gas system similar to that of the Soviet SVT-40. Soldiers loved the semi-automatic rifle that was accurate at range but gave them the firepower they needed to combat the soviet & US rifles of the same class. He carries more than enough ammunition for the gun in pouches over his parachute smock.

Two high quality resin figures in 1/35th scale depicting German WW2 paratroopers - the Fallschirmjäger. Boxart by Dr. Jin Kim.
Both sculpted by Radek Pituch, these two figures of the "green Devils" are captured in a similar weight of clothing, suggesting that they are either at altitude, or as the title suggests, fighting in the Ardennes at the end of 1944 in the so-called "Battle of the Bulge"
These two are sold together as a pair for a slightly cheaper price, but more so, they suit each other in timeframe. clothing and body language.
