The subject: PE-95 10 KW Generator
The PE-95 10 KW Generator with a Willys Engine was manufactured by ONAN and O'KEEFE & MERRIT during WWII. Used by the Army, marines, Air Force and Navy during WWII and later, these generators were sometimes mounted on trailers as mobile power units for for use with mobile radio, radar, kitchen and most other facilities that can be towed behind. The units worked on the ground of course, and many found their way into the civilian market after WWII services and military life ended for them. Hard to find parts for nowadays, these are a prized possession with collectors if they are still in working condition.
