The Me262 HGⅢ concept:
The Me262 HGⅢ was a redesign of the world's first combat-deployed jet fighter, the Me262, with the aim of increasing its speed. HG stands for "Hoch-Geschwindigkeitsjäger (high-speed fighter)". The redesign of the Me262 was divided into three stages. In the first stage (HGⅠ), the shape of the canopy was changed to a streamlined shape, and the horizontal stabilizer was given a swept-back angle.

In the second stage (HGⅡ), the main wings were also changed to have a swept-back angle, and in the third stage (HGⅢ), the wing swept-back angle was increased, and the engines were designed to be housed one at each wing root. There were three further concept designs for the HGⅢ, and Concept 3 was designed to integrate the cockpit with the vertical stabilizer.

German Me 262 HGIII (V-tail)
The "V-tail" concept Me 262:
The V-tail was invented by Polish aviation engineer Jerzy Rudlicki. The diagonally installed rear tail serves as both a rudder and elevator, and is sometimes called a rudder-vector. The advantage is that the number of tail fins is reduced compared to a normal tail, which reduces air resistance and weight.

Looks very much like th esame angles of the F-117 (minus the stealth) from this angle...
